We recommended an All-on-4 implant solution for Barry’s upper arch. This allowed us to remove the failing teeth and infection, place four strategically positioned implants, and restore his smile in a way that looked natural and cohesive.
To create the most lifelike result, we custom-designed his prosthetic gum tissue to match the natural tone and contour of his original gums — giving his new smile a realistic, warm appearance. We also straightened and aligned his new teeth to look like a more refined version of his original smile, not something artificial.
Barry’s procedure was performed under sedation for a pain-free and relaxed experience. After removing the damaged teeth and placing the implants, he left the same day with a beautiful temporary bridge.
