To help Fiona overcome her fear, we performed the procedure while she was asleep (sedated). She didn’t feel a thing. She woke up with a beautiful temporary bridge that looked like a finished smile.

Using smile design and multiple prototypes, we worked with Fiona to ensure the final result reflected her personality. Her new teeth were carefully shaped and colored to suit her facial structure and tone. We used natural tooth shapes and added subtle pink tones in the gum areas to break up the smile — making the final result look lifelike and seamless.

Fiona underwent her procedure under full sedation due to severe dental anxiety. All failing teeth were removed and implants placed in one visit. She awoke with a beautiful prototype smile, completely unaware of the surgery itself.
