Your dental implant surgeon will meet with you and start this process on day one. S/he listens to your story, your wishes, the functionality you’ve lost, any pain you’ve been feeling, etc. It’s our time to listen and absorb every detail in a safe, nurturing, non-rushed, and empathetic environment. If you have photos of the smile you want, great! We have many no-dentures, same-day All-on-4™ treatment options, so if budget is a factor, let us know, we’ll work with you. Botched job? Create Your 3D Smile Design with Your Surgeon
Next, we do a simple 3D image that allows us to see your jawbone and create 3D models of your teeth in our in-house lab. That's right, you won't have to travel elsewhere. During a follow-up appointment, you'll get to see your new smile and you and your doctor can tweak it to your liking with our 3D computer-aided software, choose color shades, etc. If you are traveling long distances or need to shorten the process, we are able to accommodate you. Then, you are ready for your new smile!

This is your big day! You'll be greeted by your team and our Board Certified Medical Anesthesiologist who puts you to sleep and you'll wake up with your new smile all in just a few hours. Sedation is not required since the procedure is painless, it's your choice. You will leave the office with your teeth and stunning non-removable new smile! After your bone has healed around the implants, we'll design your stronger customized permanent teeth, and that's it. I refuse to wear dentures!
Janice had severe pain, a crooked smile, and practically no jawbone to hold her teeth that were floating in her gums about to fall out. She wanted implants, but she refused to wear dentures for a year while waiting for her permanent implants!
The root of her issue was severe periodontal disease (gum disease) from smoking, genetics, and neglect. She saw over 5 dentists who said because of her periodontal disease, she would need bone grafting after which she'd have to wear a denture until it healed (for up to a year). Only then, could she consider implants.
After creating a 3D image of her jawbone, we were able to design her smile so she could leave the same day with non-removable implants. She had her old smile back, same day. No dentures!
Please fix my dentist's botched job!
Margaret is outgoing with a bubbly personality, but she lost her joy after her teeth continued to degrade after a botched implant procedure.
